Big B is in a mood to display only good feelings for SRK.

He drove to his suburban Bandra seaside bungalow ‘Mannat’ and advised King Khan not to take the post-surgery period lightly.

The two film stars have worked together in films like ‘Mohabbatein’ and ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gam’. But then there were talks about a rivalry between the two for a long time especially after Shah Rukh acted in the remake of one of Bachchan’s most popular films ‘Don’ and also replaced him as host in the popular game show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’.

He wasn’t invited to the Abhi-Ash wedding but in October 2008 he was seen at the Drona premiere.

Khan underwent an arthroscopic surgery to repair the tear in the main muscle of his left shoulder at the Breach Candy hospital on February 16 and was discharged on the 17th. The actor has been advised six weeks’ rest.

Earlier there was a telephonic conversation between he two actors during which he told the actor ‘not to take his post- surgery period lightly and avoid any kind of activity’. The ‘badshah’ told Bachchan that he was feeling depressed in the hospital and so he came home.

Bachchan had messaged him with wishes for speedy recovery and Shah Rukh called him back to thank him.

For the uninitiated, Big B had written on his blog, “I had sent him a message for his speedy recovery. He called back to thank and inform me that he is home. ‘I was getting depressed in hospital, so came away.’

Amitabh messaged him: “I was planning to visit you in the hospital” and Shah Rukh replied saying: “Come home sir, we shall play some games.”

Big B then wrote about Shah Rukh, “He sounds a little groggy. I shall visit him tomorrow.”

Shah Rukh Khan, who underwent a surgery to repair the tear in the main muscle of his left shoulder, is recovering well, doctors attending on him here said on Tuesday.

Shoulder specialist Dr Sanjay Desai, who led the team of doctors to operate on the 43-year-old actor-producer, said
Khan had recovered well and had a normal diet.

"I will be visiting him later in the day," Dr Desai said, adding that he is discussing with the actor's family whether
to discharge him today or tomorrow .

Khan was operated on Monday at south Mumbai's Breach Candy hospital.

"The Arthroscopic method of surgery, which was performed on the star does not require opening of the entire joint. The
surgery ensure less pain and minimal scar," the doctor said.

The actor had injured his shoulder on the sets of Dulha Mil Gaya in November last.

Shah Rukh was in London to promote his latest film Billu during the weekend and returned to Mumbai on Monday after which he was admitted to the hospital in the afternoon.

His wife, Gauri is with him in the hospital.

Shah Rukh Khan, who underwent a shoulder surgery here, is recovering well and doctors have permitted him to go home.
